Premier rebrand for English Football League

The English Premier League has recently rebranded. The new identity was completed by a top London design agency and has been released for public consumption!

  
The idea was to freshen up the brand, make it more friendly and accessible. The bright colours will be changed every three seasons to keep it all nice and fresh. 

  
The whole brand identity has been addressed with the logo being central to everything. The lion is a key element that has long been associated with the EPL.

  

The rebrand really sets England’s flagship tournament apart from other top European football leagues, this new brand makes them look quite dated.

  
Our summary of the new brand is all positive, fresh, contemporary, appealing, vibrant and iconic. It pays homage to its roots and allows for adaptation in the future. All in all a very nice piece of design work.
